Discord Verification & Support

What does it mean to get "verified" on Discord?

When you get verified on our Discord channel you will receive two specific roles in the server:

  • The Verified role, which indicates that you have purchased one of our products

  • And a product specific role (for example UE_LPSP if you have purchased the Low Poly Shooter Pack for Unreal Engine)

After receiving the roles you will automatically be granted access to channels specific to the products that you have roles for, such as support channels.

How do I get verified on your Discord server?

In order to get the verified role on Discord, please send us an email at [email protected] including the following information:

  • Order ID (make sure that it’s the Order ID and not the Invoice ID, they are different).

  • Discord Username

How do I join your Discord server?

You can join the server by clicking the button below, log into your Discord account if prompted, and accept the invite: Join Discord Server

Why do you require Discord verification for support?

We require verification to make sure support is given only to genuine customers. Asset piracy is unfortunately common, and this step helps prevent illegitimate requests so we can spend more time improving the assets and developing new features.

I don't have/use Discord, can I still get support?

Yes of course, If you need any help please send us an email at [email protected] including your Order ID number, once we have verified the purchase we will do our best to assist you.

How long does it usually take to get verified after sending the email?

It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to review the order ID number and assign the roles to your Discord account, sometimes it can take a bit longer, for example during holidays or weekends.

To make the process smoother you can double check your email before sending, making sure that:

  • The provided Order ID number is correct.

  • The provided Discord account name is spelled correctly, and that you have joined our Discord server.
